At Hampton School, we believe that healthy students are better learners. That's why Ms. Elly and Ms. Rosie work hard every day to prepare fresh, homemade lunches right here in our school kitchen.
Whenever possible, we avoid frozen, heavily processed, and prepackaged foods. Instead, we focus on cooking meals from scratch using fresh ingredients because we know that the food our students eat is the fuel that powers both their growing bodies and their learning.
Every Thursday is International Food Day, when we explore the cuisine of a different country or region from around the world. These special lunches give students the opportunity to experience new flavors while learning about the cultures behind the food. It's one more way we help our students become curious, open-minded citizens of our global community.
Lunchtime at Hampton is about much more than eating. It's a time to build friendships, practice good manners and conversation, strengthen our school community, and enjoy a healthy meal together.
If you have any questions about our lunch program, dietary accommodations, or menu items, please contact Ms. Elly at [email protected]. We are always happy to help! You can always find our lunch menu on our website by clicking on the "Lunch Menu" button just under our welcome banner.
Enjoy your meal! ¡Buen provecho! Bon appétit! Buon appetito! Kain na!
